Announcement: Fight between Zoila Frausto and Simone Duarte Cancelled

Combate Americas announced today the cancelation of the women’s bantamweight bout (135 pounds) between recognized MMA superstar Zoila “The Princess Warrior” Frausto (14-5) of Fresno, California, and powerful boxer Simone “Mulher Gato” Duarte (8-1) of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Brazilian Simone Duarte suffered a last-minute injury, which prevented Combate Americas from getting a new opponent for Frausto within days of the fight, however, Frausto will be re-scheduled to fight soon.
Priced from $22, tickets for the first-ever Combate Americas live event in Stockton are on sale at Ticketmaster.com, as well at the Stockton Arena box office.
The world-class Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) event at Stockton Arena on Friday, May 10, will be live on television in Spanish in the U.S. on both Univision (12 a.m. ET/PT) and UDN (12 a.m. ET/9 p.m.PT), and in English in the U.S. and Canada on DAZN (10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT).
Doors at Stockton Arena will open for the Combate Americas event on May 10 at 6 p.m. local time, and the first preliminary bout will begin at 7 p.m.
