So keep your back in neutral position with your knees centered over your feet. This will also help you improve posture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stand Up Crunches<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They work the entire abdominal region and are quite effective.<\/p>\n<p>They can improve your body balance, reduce back pain and improve your posture.<\/p>\n<p>Tip: Perform this exercise calmly, controlling movements and breathing.
